2. Products
All our products are handmade ceramics. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, shape, size, and texture may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, etc.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or customs processing). For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
5. Damaged Items
We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 20 days of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
Without this evidence, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we only accept returns for wrong items or damaged parcels.
Please email sajara.ceramics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 20 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be:
- in their original condition
- unused
- returned with all original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. After this time, we may have already started processing or shipping your order, and cancellation may not be possible.
8. Product Care
Our ceramics are handmade and should be handled with care.
We recommend:
- Hand washing for longer durability
- Avoiding sudden temperature changes
- Checking product descriptions for dishwasher/microwave safety
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Sajara Ceramics and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
12. Changes to Terms
