Shipping
All ceramic pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination:
Spain: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier or customs processes for international orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we only accept returns for wrong items or damaged parcels.
Please email sajara.ceramics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 20 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be:
- in their original condition
- unused
- returned with all original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
